From 9.2-19.2.2012 the 62nd International Film Festival takes place

The traditional film spectacle in the German capital comes up with 27 films from 22 countries, of which 18 world premieres, which compete for the Golden and Silver Bear and the Jury Prize, the DAAD Short Film Award and a nomination for the European Short Film Award. The International Film Festival to welcome stars and celebrities on the red carpet and are valid for up to 400 films in the official program as the world's biggest public festival.
